Not So Shabby...

Hello Blog friends - I don't know about you. but I always thought it would be impossible to create a pretty card without a stamped image on it.  Don't get me wrong, I love stamped images and all that they add, but I love the way Spellbinders Dies can bring a card together so beautifully - and the result - well, it speaks for itself!

The card base and Authentique™ Paper have been cut using the Grand Calibur® Machine and the A2 Modern Stationery Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator.

The next later has been created using the Gold Majesty Circles Spellbinders® Imperial Gold die templates and white cardstock.  This has had the wreath from theSilhouette Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® in aqua cardstock adhere to the center using liquid glue.

The Gold Majesty Circles has been sponged in the embossed areas using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Radiant Neons in Electric Pink.  A pink butterfly has been added, along with a layered flower.   A button and Want2Scrap bling have been added.  I have also used  Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares for dimension ,and E-Z Runner on this card.

This card is for the following challenges:
4 Crafty Chicks - Anything Goes
In the Pink - Luscious Lace (with PINK of course)

Today's card is created using one of my favourite things - butterflies on cards.  Whether big or small, they are always stunning and made a wonderful focal point or embellishment.

I have used a Darkroom Door rubber stamp, it has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Tuxedo Black.  It has then been coloured using Chameleon Pens - these are fabulous to colour with - and totally addictive!

The image has been fussy cut/handcut using scissors and layered on to background that has been created using  IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Radiant Neons Ink in Electric Yellow, Electric Blue and Electric Green.  The music sheet has been cut using the 5 x 7 Matting Basics A Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator.   I have cut/embossed the images using the Grand Calibur® Machine.   I have also used  Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares for dimension ,and E-Z Runner on this card.
