LOC Emboss Resist Frame

Thank you for your lovely comments regarding the Emboss Resist Tutorial using the Layers of Color Cottage Rose cling art stamp - if you missed it you can find it here.  I hope you have as much fun with the technique as I have had!  Now for the projects that I created ...


This very vintage picture.  I have used a recycled an A-Frame Calendar Stand - you know, one of those things you save thinking you will use it one day - happily, this is the day!


I took the final Emboss Resist project


Added a Prima flower and some leaves recycled from the stem of a Valentine's Chocolate Rose.


Some pleated DP with a little bit of sponging, paper piercing and some bling


a last touch of gorgeous Bling (thanks to my friend Gunn) and the perfect sentiment from the Layers of Color The Love Chapter art stamp set and the project is finished!

    Wonderful project Linda :-) The flower is a stunner, as is the 'bling'. I am glad I am not the only one to horde every little bit and bob - something my DH despairs of!
