Layered Flight

Today's card is created using an image designed by the amazingly talented Laura Kirste Campbell for Penny Black.

The image is coloured lightly using SU Chalks/Pastels and a Blender Pen

and layered onto Spellbinders Dies - the lower layers are small medallions from the Parisian Motifs, that have been tucked behind a Classic Oval, then a  Floral Ovals added and finishing off with the coordinating Die - Labels Twenty.

It makes is so much quicker and easier using so many Dies on a card when you can cut them all at the one tome using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.
Finishing off with some gorgeous Want2Scrap bling designed by NinaB Designs - this is one of my favourites - no card seems to be complete without it these days! LOL!

This card is for the following challenges:
Crafty Bloggers Network - Anything Goes
Forever Friends Anything Goes
Make it Monday - always Anything Goes
 Paper Playtime - Anything Goes
Tammy Scrapin Corner - Anything Goes

  1. Ooooooh sooo pretty Linda! Love this image and love your matting! Hope things are well with you my friend.... have tried emailing a couple times to catch up and they don't seem to be getting through! I have no idea why. Checked the email address and it's right. So strange. Anyway... just know I think of you and say a prayer often!
