Sympathy Collage


 We all have certain stamps that we love and seem to reach for - our 'go to' stamps.  One of the things I love is using them differently.

  I have endeavored to do that with the Mixed Media image from Penny Black® Inc.




This is a square image, it is stamped using Tsukineko Jet Back Versafine Ink and have cut it using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and the Standard Circles LG Nestabilities®.  It has been coloured it using Tsukineko Memento Markers.



The flowers are some I collected from one of our Thrift Shops, they had fallen off a stem and I knew they would be perfect for cards - the Attendant at the Shop thought I was crazy when I asked how much they were - she gave them to me - it is true that 'one mans junk is another man's treasure' not that these are junk by anyone's standard! LOL!




The sentiment is from the JustRite® Stampers Large Fancy Sentiments stamp set.
