Bird Crazy - Why Yes I am!

Hello Blog Friends - it has been days since I have been able to post - it is not for lack of creating I can assure you!! I have been working hard on magazine commissions for next year and Design work with fabulous new products - you will get to see them all in due time! But in the meantime....


....I have been caught up in the Bird Crazy craze - but seriously - what is not to love - everything about these adorable Birds appeals to be!!  I have created quite a few cards using them - just for fun and am sharing the first one today - very simple but I just had to let the bird be the star! 

 I have coloured this image using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Radiant Neon Inks and a sponge dauber - one of my favourite ways to colour.  The card base has been cut using Labels Forty Spellbinders® Nestabilities and the Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.


The sentiment inside the balloon is from Penny Black Inc. and my card is held together by  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
