Spellbinders Tropical Flower by Lene Lok Tutorial

Hello friends, it is time for a Spellbinders Tutorial - I am using the gorgeous Tropical Florals Etched Dies Tropical Paradise By Lene Lok - it certainly lives up to it's name!  I have also used Seth Apter Trifecta Etched Dies - as soon as I saw Seth's Dies I knew they could be incorporated with so many, if not all of the Spellbinders dies to create feminine cards - as you can see by my Step by Step Tutorial below,


Spellbinders Products:
Other : Liquid Glue;  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: E-Z Adhesive Runner, 3D Foam Squares;  Imagine: Radiant Neon Ink in Electric Orange and Electric Yellow; Yellow, Green and white card stock; computer generated sentiment

  1. Fold 13cm x 26cm yellow card stock in half.  Cut/emboss using the 6x6 Matting Basics B #5 (#1 being the smallest), making sure to place the fold inside the cutting edge to form card base. 
  2.  Cut/emboss green card stock using the 6x6 Matting Basics A #5 (#1 being the smallest). 
  3. Cut/emboss white card stock using the 6x6 Matting Basics A #4 (#1 being the smallest)
  4. Cut/emboss Seth Apter Trifecta  #3 (#1 being the smallest) using green card stock.

5.Adhere the die green and white layers onto the yellow card stock according to size, using 3D Foam Squares,
6. Glue the Trifecta Circle to the layered card stock.
7. Cut/emboss three Hibiscus flowers using white card stock.
8. Sponge the centre of the Hibiscus using Radiant Neon's in Electric Yellow and highlighting in Electric Orange,

9. Cut/emboss two Bird of Paradise using green card stock.
10. Sponge the Birds of Paradise using using Radiant Neon's in Electric Yellow and Electric Orange,

11. Adhere just the stems of the Birds of Paradise inside the Trifecta Die cut using liquid glue.
12. Pop up the Hibiscus using 3D Foam Squares over the stems and down towards the lower rim of the Trifecta Die.
