Want2Scrap Look for Rainbows Sneak Peek

Hello friends, I am sharing a card on the Want2Scrap™ Blog, using one of the fabulous sets from  Sparkle N Sprinkle - Splish Splash - who have been so very generous to the Design Team.  I do love silhouette stamps and this is right up there with the best - and of course the wonderful sentiment - what is not to love?
