Spellbinders Beary Baby Boy Card

Hello friends!  Thanks for stopping by.  I am sharing a card using a mixture of  Spellbinders dies today.  I have used an adorable Die from the Little Red Wagon Collection by Licensed Designer Debi Adams along with some gorgeous Dies by Becca Feeken.  Baby cards seem to be one of the cards that people keep - they are a gift in themselves and are often a keepsake that becomes a treasure.  We are at that stage in life that it is our kids friends having the babies, or our friends kids - either way it is wonderful and a great reason to make cards,

The Card front has been cut/embossed using Shapeabilities Isabella Frame Etched Dies Venise Lace by Becca Feeken and the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.  It has been llayered onto a slightly larger, light blue pre-cut card base, using a corner rounder on each corner.

Next, cut one (1) Pierced Circles #5 #6 (#1 being the smallest) using white card.  Use the Die as a Stencil, sponging inside the edges using orange ink and a sponge dauber. Adhere this onto an Authentique Paper sticker that has been cut into four and added to the circle to give the impression of a frame.

Cut emboss one Bear and Bear Snout using kraft card stock. Cut/emboss one (1) Bow Tie from the Some Bunny Dies using patterned paper and the Platinum 6.  Colour the eyes using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed. Add any extra sponging once the Dies are removed eg. the ears and cheeks.  Colour the nose using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed, followed by  the details on the snout using the Chameleon Pens Black Detail Pen.
Glue the bow tie under the bears chin.  Pop up the Bear onto the layered card base using 3D Foam Squares.

Finishing off with a double white seam Binding bow with an Authentique Paper Sticker glued to the centre, a coat of gloss is added - allowed to dry.  Want2Scrap Red Pearls have been added around the filigree frame.  A banner from the Die D-Lites Amused 1 Etched Dies has been adhered along the top of the filigree card front and the sentiment added with stickers
