For You - Because

Hello friends - thanks so much for stopping by.  I seem to be a run of  shabby cards of late, but who can blame me - I love all of the elements that go into Shabby Chic - especially the gorgeous pink Rose I have on this card.

I have pre-cut a pink card base and adhered a lightly smaller card front using Authentique Paper, along with another piece of patterned paper that has been joined together using paper piercing - and double sided tape - of course!! This has been popped up onto the card base using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares. 

Pink Seam Binding has been adhered, slightly ruffled onto double sided tape, across the card front. I have used the Shapeabilities Amazing Paper Grace Flourish Frame Pocket Etched Dies.  I have cut/embossed the Top Insert and Frame using pink card stock and the  Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine - 6" Platform and adhered it to the right side of the card front, trimming off the tab.

A large fabric Rose has been glued to the centre of the card front and a stamped tag added, tucking in just under the right side of the flower, with a handmade butterfly embellishment added.

The Pocket Frame and Insert have been cut/embossed using Authentique Paper and adhered inside the card base, to form a pocket for a gift card, or cash....or a lovely note.
