Hello friends - thanks so much for stopping by. I have been praying around with backgrounds and am loving the way this one turned out - and of course the whale. There are whales surfacing everywhere at the moment and I love seeing the photos - they are so amazing.
The card font has been created by spraying Little Birdie Crafts Color Spray in Ocean Mist onto acetate, this has then been spritzed with water and a piece of white card stock placed on top and the Colour Spray allowed to soak in - the results are instant and I am pretty sure you would never get the same result twice!
I have cut/embossed the card front using the largest die from the Spellbinders Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies and the Platinum Die Cutting Machine. It has then been popped up onto a slightly larger pre-cut white card base using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares.
The Whale has been coloured using Chameleon Pens, fussy cut/hand cut using scissors and popped up onto the card front also using 3D Foam Squares. A computer generated sentiment has been layered onto slightly larger Black card stock and adhered below the whale using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra.
I have finished by adding water drops using Imagine irRESISTibles Pico Embellisher in Shimmer.
