Filigree Just Because

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by.  Like all of you I have found that time is just passing by so quickly and I am finding it harder and harder to sit at the computer - unless it is the early hours of the morning - but today I have managed to find enough time to share this card with you - using some gorgeous Spellbinders Dies by the UBER talented Becca Feeken.

I have cut/embossed four of the Border Strip Shapeabilities Amazing Paper Grace Arched Elegance Etched Dies using both the Filigree Insert and Border Dies, followed by four of the Border Die only using blue card stock and the Platinum Die Cutting MachineThe Filigree fronts have been glued to the blue backing pieces and layered onto a slightly larger card front.

Next the Amazing Paper Grace Vintage Elegance Becca Feeken Giving Occasions Stamp and Die Set has been used for the focal focal piece.  This has been popped up onto the centre of the layered card front using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam squares - trimming where needed.  The sentiment has been cut/embossed using the tag from the Die and stamp set, using the die as a stencil and sponging using Imagine Memento Ink in Summer Sky around the edges before removing from the die.

The beautiful butterfly and rose are from the Kaisercraft Miss Betty Collection and have also been popped up using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam squares.  Liquid Glitter has been lightly added to the butterfly and medium size Want2Scrap 250 Count -Pink Pearls - adhered to the centre of the butterfly and corners of the card front.  The completed card front has been popped up onto a slightly larger white card front usin  Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam squares.

Miss You Already

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by.  It is Friday night for me - the beginning of the weekend - if it is not here for you yet - hold on it is not too far away.  I have had a lot of fun playing with Little Birdie Crafts stamps - so many to choose from and so many possibilities.

I have started by stamping the Little Birdie Crafts Clear Stamps - Script Heart 3x4 onto white card stock using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and Tangerine on the heart. The

Stencil - Net has been randomly sponged using Tangerine Ink, finishing with splitters in Color Splash Tangerine and Grape Crush.

I have added some sponging over the image, which has been cut/embossed using the second largest die from the Spellbinders Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies and the Platinum 6 Die cutting and Embossing Machine and also around the embossed edges.

Images from the Little Birdie Stamps Clear Stamps - Postal Special 4.5x 6.5 have been stamped onto the heart and the sentiment along the lower edge.  The Airmail image has been stamped using red ink and Imagine Red Embossing Powder and set using a Heat Tool.
