You can never go wrong with Penny Black Inc. images - they are some of my 'go to' images.
The patterned paper is handmade using the Pillow Top Technique - you can find a tutorial HERE on Splitcoaststampers. I have used IMAGINE Crafts® Radiant Neon Ink in Electric Blue, Electric Yellow and Electric Orange - don't these colours make you think of summer!
The sentiment is from the Penny Black Inc. - Truly Great slapstick cling stamp set and has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento Luxe™ Mixed Media Pigment Ink in Wedding Dress. The flowers are from Penny Black Inc. - Petal Party stamp set. Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner have been used on this card. The bling is from Want2Scrap.
