Spellbinders Best Little Ella-Fant

Hello friends - I am sharing another card using Spellbinders most adorable Die - Ella-Fantthis set is part of the Little Red Wagon Collection by Licensed Designer Debi Adams - I know even the Collection name is adorable! 


Cut/emboss one each of Ella-Fant Front View, Ella Body and tail using pink card stock.  Using the Die as a stencil, sponge the inside edges of the Die using Imagine Memento Ink in Angel Pink and a Sponge Dauber.  Colour the eyes using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed; adding any extra sponging once the Dies are removed eg. the ears and trunk.


Adhere a strip of patterned paper across the lower portion of the script patterned paper; next cut/emboss the layered paper using the  A2 Curved Matting Basics B Card Creator and the Platinum 6.  Adhere a strip of cream ribbon across the join using double sided tape.

Cut/emboss one Standard Circle Small using white card stock and pop up onto the left side of the ribbon.  Pop Ella-Fants head onto her body using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares and glue her tail to her body.  Pop Ella-Fant up inside the Standard Circle using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares on the head and body, but NOT the ears. Fold the ears sightly forward.  Glue a double Seam Binding bow under the left side of the standard circle, adding a layered flower using liquid glue.


Trim a strip of Want2Scrap Beautiful Bling Borders! by Nina Brackett - adhere to the top edge of the card - either side of a medium white pearl, followed by a strip of lace.  Glue a double pink bow to the left side of the card, followed by a stamped sentiment next to the double bow. Layers Flowers and a Want2Scrap Enamel Dot in pink.

Spellbinders My Little Red Wagon - Scout Bear Tutorial

Hello friends!  It is always an honour to be sharing  a tutorial for Spellbinders today using another adorable Die from the Little Red Wagon Collection by Licensed Designer Debi Adams - I cannot resist these adorable little animals!  You can see my other tutorials HERE and HERE.


How adorable is this Bear - I would love you to follow along and see just how easy it is to put this card together.


1. Cut/emboss one  Pierced Squares #3 #4 (#1 being the smallest) using patterned paper and the Platinum 6.
2. Cut/emboss two Art Deco Fairmont Labels #6 (#1 being the smallest). 
3. Score one at 1cm and fold forward, add double aided tape to the folded portion.
4. Attach the other Fairmont Labels, making sure to line up the edges to form the card base.
5. Pop up the Pierced Square into the card base using 3D Foam Squares.
6. Pop up the White Pierced Square we put aside on THIS card.

7. Cut emboss one Bear and Bear Snout using kraft card stock
8. Cut/emboss one (1) Bow Tie and Head Band from the Some Bunny Dies using patterned paper and one Flag from the Bear Scout Die  and the Platinum 6.
9. Colour the eyes using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed.
10. Add any extra sponging once the Dies are removed eg. the ears and cheeks.
11.Colour the nose using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed.
12.Add details on the snout using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen.
13.Lightly sand the Headband and adhere to the top of the head.
14. Glue the bow tie under the bears chin.
15. Pop up the Bear onto the layered card base using 3D Foam Squares.

16. Pop up the Flag behind the bear and tucking in the end of the pole behind the Bear.
17. Glue a button and twine to the middle of the flag.
17.Cut/emboss two leaves using green card stock and pop up between the lower left hand layers as shown in the photo above.

Spellbinders Ella-Fant Tutorial

Hello friends - I am excited to be sharing a tutorial for Spellbinders today using the most adorable Die - Ella-Fant - this adorable set is part of the Little Red Wagon Collection by Licensed Designer Debi Adams - I know even the Collection name is adorable!  I have added one of Seth Apters Dies - don't you love how versatile Seth's Dies are - Urban Grunge meets Whimsical - too much fun!



Spellbinders Supplies:

Other :  Liquid Glue; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: E-Z Adhesive Runner, 3D Foam Squares; Imagine: Memento ink in Tuxedo Black and Angel Pink; Patterned paper; Chameleon Pens; Black Detail Pen; Sanding Block, patterned paper x3

1. Cut/emboss one each of Ella Front View, Ella Body and tail using pink card stock.
2,  Using the Die as a stencil, sponge the inside edges of the Die using Angel Pink and a Sponge Dauber.
3. Colour the eyes using the Chameleon Black Detail Pen before the Die is removed.
4. Add any extra sponging once the Dies are removed eg. the ears and trunk.

5. Adhere a strip of patterned paper across the centre of the pink spotted paper.
6. Cut/emboss the layered paper using the  A2 Curved Matting Basics B Card Creator #  (#1 being the smallest) and the Platinum 6.
7. Lightly sand the raised edges using a sanding block.
8. Cut/emboss white card stock using the Drip Dry Etched Dies #2 (#1 being the smallest) and the Platinum 6.
9. Glue the Drip Dry Circle to the centre of the card front.
10. Pop Ella-Fants head onto her body using 3D Foam Squares and glue her tail to her body,
11. Pop Ella-Fant up inside the Drip Dry Circle using 3D Foam Squares on the head and body, but NOT the ears.
12. Fold the ears sightly forward.

13, Cut/emboss two balloons using patterned paper, Lightly sand once they are removed from the die.
14. Pop up the balloons behind Ella-Fant, tucking the string in behind her ear.
15. Cut the sentiment from the Be So Hex Wild & Free by Debi Adams Stamp & Die Set using black card stock.
16. Stamp the second half of the sentiment onto white card stock using Black Ink.
17. Cut/emboss using the A2 Curved Matting Basics B tag.
18.  Using the Die as a stencil, sponge the inside edges of the Die using Angel Pink and a Sponge Dauber.
19. Adhere to the lower right side of the card.
20. Glue the Die Cut sentiment to the left of the stamped sentiment.
