Welcome to Day 3 of the Spellbinders Shape It Up Sneak Peek and Giveaway - it is the most fun event happening at the moment and I am glad you are here to see the sneak peeks I am showing and have the opportunity to be the draw to win today's Dies and possibly more. I know we say this
with each new release, but you are going to LOVE all of this new release, it just gets better and better each time - if that is possible!
Supply List:
Dies used:
- S4-409 Gold Majestic Circles Spellbinders® Imperial Gold Nestabilities®
- Curved Borders Two Spellbinders® Borderabilities® dies
- E4-116 Standard Circles LG Spellbinders® Nestabilities®
- EL-007 Elegance Spellbinders® M-Bossabilities™ folders
Cross Promotional Partners:
- Penny Black®, Inc. - Eloquence stamp set
- IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaMark™ Watermark Ink
- IMAGINECrafts® Embossing Powder™ in White
- Bazzill Basics Paper® - white card
- Want2Scrap© - 72 Count White Pearls - Self Adhesive
Other: Aqua card; scissors, Heat Tool,
Double Sided Tape
I started
by cutting out the Gold Majestic Circles #5 and # 6 with white card,
using the larger two dies - making sure I used the outer cutting edge.
You can see the detail with these gorgeous Dies that take card making to the
fourth dimension - cut-stencil- emboss and deboss!
NOTE:
Spellbinders Dies are numbered from the smallest to the largest - the smallest
being #1.
Next Dies
#3 and #4 were cut and embossed also using white card. It is recommended
to use repositional tape to hold the Dies in place while cutting.
Cut the
lower edge if the blue card using the Curved Borders Two - placing an
edge die at the edge of the paper and a patterned die next. Make sure you
use repositionable tape to hold the dies securely so they do not move during
the cutting.
Emboss
the Blue card using the Elegance Spellbinders® M-Bossabilities™ folder,
only taking the embossing folder just above the Die cut pattern and attach to
the embossed white card using double sided tape.
Stamp the
Penny Black®, Inc
sentiment onto the
blue card, using VersaMark and emboss using the Tsukineko® White
Embossing Powder and a Heat Tool. Cut and emboss using the Standard Circles
LG #3 Spellbinders® Nestabilities®. Adhere
foam tape to the back of this Die and the white filigree circles die.
Layer the Die cut sentiment onto the filigree
circular die cut and then onto the Gold Majestic Circles Die using foam
tape.
You can see the depth of the embossing and debossing in the photo below -
I am so impressed with these Dies and know you will be too when you try them - the new 4th Dimension that has been added with the Debossing literally adds another dimension and it is beautiful. All of the extra details and beauty is achieved so easily with the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.
I have created a second card using the same Dies - don't you just love how versatile they are....such an elegant look each time.
