Hello Blog Friends, I have a nostalgic card to share with you today - I love everything nostalgic - it just feel so right to me - and a little sentimental!  That cannot be so bad -can it?!

I had fun creating the background using the Flower Play Stamps and Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Memento Ink in Teal Zeal and a Sponge Dauber.  This has been cut/embossed using Baby Buntings Spellbinders® presents “A Gilded Life. Want2Scrap Pearls have been added to the center of the flowers.

The circle frame has been cut from the Blooming Collection Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® Decorative Frames and adhered using liquid glue - don't you love the embossing and debossing on this - perfect on plain cardstock or patterned paper.

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Kraft Photo Corners, 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner have been used on this card.  A double seam binding bow has been adhered to the side of the image and a silver fairy embellishment added.

ODBD Fear Not - Sympathy Card

Today I am sharing a card that is very personal to me - recently the world lost a wonderful man, gone too soon and leaving a beautiful wife and family behind, This man and his family hold a very special place in our lives on so many levels.  This card is for his wife and family.

I have used one of the Our Daily Bread Designs Scripture Collection sentiments and has been stamped using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko: Memento in Tuxedo Black. The message is one I have on my hearts for them - it is not the usual Sympathy sentiment but it is Scripture and so comforting - my prayer is that it will encourage them and they will feel the love we are sending to them.

The Crown and Wreath have been created using the Royal Medallions Spellbinders® “A Gilded Life” studio by Debbie Murray and Shea Fragoso.  The dies have been cut using the Spellbinders® Grand Calibur® Die Cutting and Embossing Machine and Silver from the Foil Pack One .

Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner and Crafty Foam Tape have been used on this card.  Some of the fabulous Want2Scrap Bling

Spellbinders - A Gilded Life - Rose Medallion

I created using the new Rose Medallion  - A Gilded Life Bezel from Spellbinders.   I created this Bezel using some things I have had gathering on my desk.

The Pink Foil from the Delicate Pastels Premium Craft Foils Assortment has been cut using the Crown Circle die template and the Artisan X-plorer Machine. I have embellished it using an earring that has lost it's 'other' and a rhinestone circle from a bracelet that was no longer being worn - one of the 'pluses' of having two teenage girls on the house.

ICE Resin® has been added to the base of the Bezel and glitter added, followed by the embellishments and more  ICE Resin® added to fill the Bezel - it is as easy as that!

Thank you for your comments and all of the support you give me - you make blogging such an amazing place to be!! Your encouragement is such a blessing for me - it makes my day! God bless you!
