Want2Scrap Bling Congratulations Sneak Peek

Hello friends,  I have another little sneak peek of a layout I have on the Want2Scrap Blog - and I have to say I am partial to this card - a little bit 'Mixed Media' and it may surprise you to see I have not used pearls (wink:wink, but I have used some of the divine rhinestones...

Nothing Normal about This

Hello friends - I have a card this is created using an eclectic mix of products - I do like to 'mix it up' a bit from time to time - is can be so much fun!

My background is created using  Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Memento

Inks in Dandelion, Tangerine and Bamboo Leaves applied randomly with a Sponge Dauber to white cardstock.  This has been followed by splatterings of white paint,   Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner and 3D Foam Squares have been used on this card.

The dies are newly released by Spellbinders - Robo Squares by Licensed Designer Seth Apter of The Altered Page.   The image is from the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Bird Crazy  - how adorable are these - and the sentiment that goes with it.  The image has been coloured using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Memento Inks and Sponge Daubers.

Bird Crazy - Your Special Day

Hello friends, time I was back with another card from the Bird Crazy Stamp set. I cannot stop colouring them and creating in different ways, this card is fairly simple and has a stenciled background nice and easy for a quick card...and we all need those from time to time!

 The card base has been cut using  A2 Modern Stationery Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator, for both the card base and the inked layer. The Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing Machine has been used to cut and emboss the layers.

 I have coloured this image using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Radiant Neon Inks and a sponge dauber - one of my favourite ways to colour.   My card is held together by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. The Heart Stencil is from Want2Scrap. The background has been created using white cardstock, Imagine Crafts ‘featuring’ Tsukineko Memento Ink in Rose Bud and Sponge Daubers.

Bird Crazy - You're How Old!?

Hello friends, I did warn you on my last post that I have a new addiction - the Bird Crazy craze!  I cannot stop colouring them and creating in different ways - I hope I don't drive you crazy!!

 I have coloured this image using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Radiant Neon Inks and a sponge dauber - one of my favourite ways to colour.  The card base has been cut using A2 Curved Matting Basics B Spellbinders® Nestabilities Card Creator and the Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

My card is held together by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. My bling is from Want2Scrap.  The background has been created using white cardstock,  Imagine Crafts ‘featuring’ Tsukineko Radiant Neon Ink and Sponge Daubers - 'daubing' randomly in the different colours.  The 'splats' have been created using irRESISTibles in Danube Blue.

Bird Crazy - Why Yes I am!

Hello Blog Friends - it has been days since I have been able to post - it is not for lack of creating I can assure you!! I have been working hard on magazine commissions for next year and Design work with fabulous new products - you will get to see them all in due time! But in the meantime....

....I have been caught up in the Bird Crazy craze - but seriously - what is not to love - everything about these adorable Birds appeals to be!!  I have created quite a few cards using them - just for fun and am sharing the first one today - very simple but I just had to let the bird be the star!

The sentiment inside the balloon is from Penny Black Inc. and my card is held together by  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
