Sew - Hello!

Hello Blog friends, time goes so quickly between posts and this one is a little overdue...real life needs me to visit every now and then - know what I mean! LOL! I am sure you do!!

The  background has been created using DCWV® paper, embossed using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and Dotted Flowers  Spellbinders® M-Bossabilities™ folder.  The fabulous Gold Majesty Circles Spellbinders® Imperial Gold die - you can see why it is so popular can't you!?  

The image is from a retired stamp set, designed by my dear friend Nina Brackett 

It has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Rich Cocoa and cut out using Labels Eight  Spellbinders® Nestabilities.  The sentiment is from SRM Stickers.  I have used Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L- E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares.

Lots of embellishments from my desk always add to the feel of  a shabby/nostalgic card - love that little tape measure!  The pearls are from and Want2Scrap©

Lots of layers and details - all in the name of cleaning my desk - but to be quite honest, it has made no difference! LOL!

Baby cards are always a pleasure to create - and how adorable is this Photochips - Hello Baby from Darkroom Door?!?  Love it! 

The image has been cut using the Standard Circles LG Spellbinders® Nestabilities® and the frame created using  Gold Majesty Circles Spellbinders® Imperial Gold die templates

The bling is Want2Scrap© - Baby Bling and the edges have been sponged using

IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Desert Sand.  I have also used Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L- 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner

Spellbinders - Enchancing Elements - Shades of Blue

This card is created using  the Spellbinders newly released Dies -  when I run one off I usually run off a few more so I have some on hand.  That is the case when I created my card for the Diamond Anniversary: Sneak peek and Giveaway

.  

I am using the same Dies - the patterned has been cut using the Gold Labels One  Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Imperial Gold Enhancing Elements dies and the Rounded Squares Nestabilities®.  The butterflies are from the Les Papillions Two Shapeabilities®.   I have used the Faux Letterpress Technique with the Gold Labels One Nestabilities and

IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaMagic™ Chalk Pigment Ink in Aquatic Splash.

 The sentiment is from the JustRite® Papercraft Kindness stamp set and has been stamped using

IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Onyx Black.  I have also used Seam Binding, an altered Vintage Button and Recycled Lace.  I have also used Want2Scrap© pearls and Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares, along with a paper rose.
