Air #2 February - Radiant Neons Tutorial

This is my second Tutorial as a 2014 Artist in Residence for IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® - I am excited to be sharing some of the fabulous new Radiant Neon Inks with you - it is bright, lush and divine.  I love the way it is so easy to use, applies easily to card and blends beautifully.

The Radiant Neon Inks instantly take me to beautiful summer days - they have that wonderful glow about them - this was certainly my inspiration for this card - they have created a beautiful skyline for these birds. Precious Baby Boy

Hello Blog Friends, I have had a bit of creative time over the past few days.  After checking with the Shop that sells my cards I thought I should make a few baby cards.

These are always very popular and my backup supply is down to zero - a skeery thought but I  just keep on creating- I know, a tough job but someone has to do it! LOL!  I cannot go past the Photochips - Hello Baby from Darkroom Door.  How adorable is this bear!

I have also used some retired Designer Paper from Stampin' Up! - polka dots are perfect for baby cards - don't you think?  The sentiments are also from Wordstrips - Hello Baby Boy.

The embossed strip is from Imperial Spellbinders® M-Bossabilities™ folder using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.  The pearls are from Want2Scrap©, I have also used Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L- 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner

This card is for the following challenges:
One Crazy Stamper - Anything Goes
Little Claire's  - Monotone
 Open-Minded Challenges - Monochrome
4 Crafty Chicks - Use Pearls
Make it Monday - Always Anything Goes

Thank you for your comments and all of the support you give me - you make blogging such an amazing place to be!! Your encouragement is such a blessing for me - it makes my day! God bless you!

Here Comes LIfe

It is great to be back in the Studio - feels like forever since I have spent quality time in there, but today fixed that!  I have had a lot of fun playing with the newly Released Radiant Neons from Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko

I have applied Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko: Radiant Neon: Electric Pink, Electric Yellow, Electric Green using a Sponge Dauber.   Next I have used The Crafter's Workshop 6x6 Fifties Clock Stencil and Radiant Neons in Electric Blue, again applied with a Sponge Dauber.

Next I have added some of the irRESISTible Texture Spray in pink.  The closer you are when you spray the bigger the splotches, the further away you hold the bottle, the finer the mist.  I have done both on this card.  I have also created some 'Enamel Dots' using the irRESISTible Texture Spray, taking the top off and letting the nozzle drip in controlled amounts onto my Imagine Crafts Craft Mat.

The sentiment is by Penny Black and stamped using a stamp from Penny Black Inc. and has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Danube Blue.

All layers have been cut out using the A2 Modern Stationery Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator and the Grand Calibur® Machine.

This card is for the following challenges:
A Creative Romance - Let's Get Sentimental
Brown Sugar – Use a Die Cut or a Punch
 QKR Stampede – Sentiment Only
4 Krafty Girlz - Anything Goes
 Baffies Kreativladen - Anything Goes
Make it Monday - Always Anything Goes
WordArt Wednesdays - Anything goes (must be uplifting, no dark images or themes)

Thank you for your comments and all of the support you give me - you make blogging such an amazing place to be!! Your encouragement is such a blessing for me - it makes my day! God bless you!
