Vespa Love

How adorable is this Vespa Die from Spellbinders  called Out and About - makes me think of the episode of  Everybody Loves Raymond then they go to Italy - love that...Frank and Marie on a Vesper is not your typical site, but loved the vesper.

I have created a whimsical feminine birthday card and am very happy with the way it turned out.  Out and About has been cut/embossed using pink cardstock and layered onto the Elegant Ovals Nestabilities Decorative Elements .  Before the cardstock was removed I used the Die as a stencil, sponging on the inside of the Die using Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Memento Dye Ink in Summer Sky.

The next layer (using paper from my stash) has been created using the Labels Forty Decorative Elements - I love the way the different Dies work together so beautifully - we are only limited by out own imaginations - don't you love that!  The card base has been created using Labels Forty Nestabilities.  All Dies have been cut using the Grand Calibur Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

The adorable little balloons have been inked using Imagine Crafts/ Tsukineko Memento Markers and the gorgeous shimmer using the irRESISTibles Pico Embellisher in Shimmer.  I have used  Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares for dimension ,and E-Z Runner on this card.   I have used the  Imagine Crafts/ Tsukineko irRESISTibles Pico Embellisher in Electric Yellow to create my own faux enamel dots - these have been randomly placed on each corner.

The sentiment is from my stash and has an epoxy circle added to the center.

This card us for the following challenges:

Clear It Out Anything Goes  Stash: Anything Goes

Monchromatic Thanks

Hello friends, I hope you are all well and surviving whatever weather you are experiencing - there have certainly been some extremes these past few days.  Although it is summer here, we have had a fair bit of rain - it is lovely and unusual seeing the grass so green in January - especially when drought is not rare for us.

Today I am sharing a monochromatic card with you - I love these earthy tones.  Some Dies just seem to find their way to my desk, time and time again - and the Gold Majesty Circles Spellbinders® Imperial Gold die is one of those. It has been cut/embossed using white cardstock and adhere to a card base with patterned paper already attached.

The Lacey Circles Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Decorative Elements dies has been cut/embossed using Authentique Paper  - Glistening Collection and popped up on  Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares for dimension.  The last layer has been cut/embossed using the Rounded Squares Nestabilities.  All Dies have been cut using the  Spellbinders™ Grand Calibur® Die Cutting and Embossing Machine

Vintage lace (removed from a doily- shhh) has been added, along with  Want2Scrap© 72 Count - LeCreme Pearls - Self Adhesive and some flowers from my stash.

This card is for the following challenges:
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Creative Card Crew - Shabby Chic
Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge - Anything Goes option of Happy Birthday
Deep Ocean Challenge - Lace & Pearls
Not Just Cards Challenge - Anything Goes
