Gold Majesty Circle

Hello Blog Friends - today I am sharing a card that is definitely 'pretty in pink!' As a first daughter I has so much pink around me I avoided it as I got older and actually didn't start liking it again until I had my first daughter - and now it is a regular 'visitor' on my projects.

The card base has been created using the Romantic Rectangles Two Spellbinders Nestabilities and it certainly lives up ti it's name - wouldn't you agree!?  The Authentique Paper has been adhered using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner.

The Gold Majesty Circles has been cut/embossed using white card and the Grand Calibur Die Cutting and Embossing Machine and popped up on Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares for dimension. The Die-cut has been sponged using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Memento Luxe in Rose Bud.   This is followed by the Persian Accents Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® - cut/embossed in white cardstock and also popped up using 3D Foam Squares.  Finishing off with a white Mulberry Paper Rose.

This card is for the following challenges:

Lacey Doily

Hello Blog Friends, I hope you are enjoying your weekend - it is Sunday night here and we have had a very relaxed weekend - for me it has been very productive, which is great as I have a lot happening this year.

I love the Doily Art Celebra'tions Embossing Folder - it can be used in so many ways.  For my card today I have used it to emboss the patterned paper using the the Grand Calibur® Machine.

have then lightly sanded the embossed portion using a sanding block for an aged look - how divine does that look.

The sandwich for Celebra'tions 3D embossing folders in Spellbinders™ Grand Calibur® Die Cutting and Embossing Machine (stack from bottom up): B-Pink Embossing Plate, 3D Embossing Folder with Media Inside and D-Raspberry Adapter Plate.

The Flutters Shapeabilities® Die D-Lites™ has been cut/embossed using teal card stock and layered using liquid glue on the body. This has then been adhered to the card alongside a strip of pattered paper and a sentiment from SRM Stickers. A Mulberry Paper Rose has been added, along with randomly placed sequins.

This card is for the following challenges:

Layers of Color Revisited...

I have a box of stamps that I keep safely tucked away and love to revisit from time to time.  They are my Layers of Color retired stamps, although the company is no longer, it was the most amazing time for me and I love the stamps designed by Artist and Designer Laura Kirste Campbell.

The sentiment is computer generated and the image stamped using Imagine Crafts®/ Tsukineko® Memento Dye Ink in Rich Cocoa and the edges also sponged with Rich Cocoa and a Sponge Dauber

The metal filigree corners are favourites of mine and always add such a vintage touch.  The Mulberry Roses are from Want2Scrap and the tattered lace handmade by my dear friend Maxine

I have also used  Scrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner on this card.

Nested Cups

It is not too often I get to make a set of cards, but I am recycling some tags I created some time ago and have not used - the Spellbinders Nested Tea Cups are too adorable not to use.

Each card has the same basic elements, I have used a combination of blue, pink and green with each card - giving them a 'Shabby' feel.

A combination of layered Dies from the Parisian Motifs, Nested Tea Cups and  Floral Doily Motifs Shapeabilities.

I have used the Spellbinders Asian M-Bossabilities folder.Want2Scrap bling is added to each card, along with Mulberry Rose, this sentiment is from Penny Black® Inc.

Each card has it's own feel

This card has been embossed using the Spellbinders Garden Lattice M-Bossabilities folder and a sentiment from  JustRite® Papercraft

The final card also has the Spellbinders Garden Lattice M-Bossabilities folder on the patterned paper

The sentiment is from a retired stamp set from Layers of Color and the gorgeous bling is from Want2Scrap
