Bee Happy

There is nothing like the sight of a Bumble Bee to make you smile.  As a child we loved watching them, they are so cute, fat and fuzzy.

These Penny Black®, Inc. Bumble Bees take me instantly to my childhood and just 'called my name' today - the fact that they are designed by my dear friend Laura Kirste just makes them even more of a favourite.

The bees have been coloured using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink Markers, then cut out by hand and had their wings popped up using foam dots.

The sentiment is from SRM Stickers and has been layered into a tag from the Framed Tags One Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® and been cut and embossed using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.

  7. Hi Linda! What an adorable creation! I always liked bees until I got tangled up in a hornets nest last summer ... OUCH! They chased me all around the backyard until I could get hubby to open the door and let me run in ...
Anyways ... your card is fabulously fun! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us at A.R.T. Hope you'll join us again next week!
