Hello friends, welcome and thanks so much for stopping by. Today I am sharing a Twist and Pop Up card using Karen Burniston Pop Up and Twist Dies along with patterned papers from publications. The papers are such a pretty selection and I have tried to use every piece of them.
The card front has been created using two different papers and a strip of contrasting patterned paper across where the papers join. Next it has been cut/embossed using one of my favourite dies - the Spellbinders Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies and the Platinum Die Cutting Machine . The sentiment label is from Little Birdie Crafts and the Beautiful Border Swirls and pink pearls are from Want2Scrap.
The Pop up sentiment is such a lovely surprise when the card is opened. The largest Kathryn Labels have been layered with the third smallest Spellbinders Nestabilities Fancy Edged Rectangles Etched Dies. The sentiment is from a Penny Black Inc clear stamp set and has been stamped using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I have used the Karen Burniston Katherine Label Pop Up for the inside Pop Up and Twist Mechanism. The embellished sentiment on the card front and the flowers are from Little Birdie Crafts and the beautiful pink pearls are from Want2Scrap.
You can find Karen's Video Tutorial HERE - it is so easy to follow.
