Little Birdie Crafts - Boho Dreams

Hello friends, welcome and thanks so much for stopping by.  Today I am excited to be sharing a card created using some of the gorgeous products I received in my Goody Box from Little Birdie Crafts   I have used a number of their new products and would be hard pressed to name a favourite - but the Boho Dreams would be right up there!

The patterned paper is from the Boho Dreams 6”x6” paper pad which comes in a fabulous 250gsm!!  It has been cut to 13cm x 13cm and popped up onto a slightly larger pre-cut cream card base using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra.  For the beautiful floral bouquet. I have stamped the images from the Co-ordinating Stamp and Die Set - Florence, using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black onto cream card stock, these have been cut out using the co-ordinating dies and coloured using Chameleon Pens,  The flowers have been layered using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares; the leaves have had some shaping added using a Stylus and then popped up also using the 3D Foam Squares

The sentiment is from the Boho Dreams Elements.  I have finished by randomly adding some of the Little Birdie Crafts Pearl Drops Dew Drop

Floral Greetings

Hello friends - welcome and thank you for stopping by!  It is Friday here and the weekend is almost here - I hope you have a good one - in whatever you do! I am hoping for a solid block of time in The Studio, as it has been few and far between over the past few weeks. I have been working away at more cards created using these gorgeous images and papers from a friend - they are from a publication and I have to say it was so-o-o quick and easy to put together - simply elegant!  I am sure you would be shocked at how many cards you can created with your freebies - I know I am - slowly working at using them all up!

The main image has been popped up onto patterned paper using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner followed by the slightly larger pre-cut card base also using E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra. The sentiments have been stamped using Imagine Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and VersaFine in Vintage Sepia have been die cut using Spellbinders Dies and popped onto the card front also using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares.

The small flowers are from Little Birdie Crafts, finishing off with bling from Want2Scrap being adhered to the body of the butterflies and to the card front. The pre-cut butterfly wings have been popped up using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 6x4 Adhesive Sheets that have been trimmed into small strips - and I do mean small!!  A little labour intensive but well worth it. The Adhesive Sheets are not as high as the 3D Foam Squares and give the perfect amount of lift to the small butterflies.

Free Florals

Hello friends - welcome and thank you for stopping by!  I hope you are having a good week so far!  I was given these gorgeous images and papers in a kit quite a few years ago and came across them recently and decided it was better to create cards with them than let them stay in the same place for another few years!! I have to say it was so-o-o quick and easy to put together - simply elegant!

The main images have been cut/embossed using Spellbinders Nestabilities Standard Circles SM Etched Dies and the Platinum Die Cutting Machine and popped up onto co-ordinating patterned paper  using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares, followed by the pre-cut white card base using E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra. .The sentiment has been fussy cut (hand cut using scissors) and popped onto the card front also using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares.

As you can see - there is lots of dimension but it is still not too bulky for posting - and that is something we need to keep in mind these days.  The small butterflies have been glued onto the card front and small LeCreme pearls from Want2Scrap being adhered to the body of the butterflies.

These cards are linked to the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes
613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes w/Optional Twist: Spotlight Technique
