MMSC56 Just My Cup of Tea!

My card for this weeks Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge  is prescheduled as I am still visiting my family in New Zealand.  Although I have not been able to comment as often as I would like to have, I have been able to have a little look at your cards and have loved seeing them - the week has flown and it is time for another sketch.

This week I have used one of Priscilla's images - isn't this teacup divine!  I just love how her images are so easy to colour and come together so easily. I have embossed the Stampin' Up DP with the Fleur de Lis Embossing Folder and used it in reverse.

The image has been coloured with SU Chalks/Pastels and a Blender Pen and popped up onto some DP from the K&Company DP.  The edges have been distressed and pearls added.

This photo gives you an idea of the dimension!

Ribbon has been added and run  through a pearl buckle/slider - this sketch is perfect for these buckles, I have had them for some time and have started using them a,lot lately!

I hope this card makes you want to pop over to "priscillastyles" store and see the other digi's Priscilla has - she is adding new ones regularly - so keep an eye out for them!  I don't know about you but I it is the shape of things that attracts me to them - I love the shape of this cup - I just want to hold it on my hands  - that is what makes it a great image for me - I love Priscilla's digi's - she has the 'shape thing' happening BIG TIME!!

Now for this weeks sketch:

The CAS style sketch is available here.  It is as Easy as 1-2-3'

Congratulations to our Gold Star and Remarkable's Award Winners from last week's sketch - you can find out who they are over at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge

  11. Linda, even from New Zealand, we got to feast on your beautiful work!! Of course, I know you had this done ahead of time being Priscilla's favorite and everything!! LOL!! You did such a beautiful job on this. Don't you just love when you can use Priscilla's digis? I used her fairy image for next week's sketch and I absolutely fell in love with it. It was so easy to cut out too. Your vintage style shines through on this my friend and, guess what, I used the pearl ribbon slider too that you gave me! I'm so excited to be on the team, but it is a bit intimidating with this quality of work from the design team!! Yikes!!! Can't wait till you're back. Tell Mum I said "hi"!!
