I am honoured to have some fabulous sets from Lisa at The Craft's Meow to play with - thank you Lisa - they are divine and I have a card to share with you all today, using the Friend of Mine set.
This set has been designed by Claire Brennan of Waltzingmouse Stamps exclusively for The Craft's Meow.
I have stamped it using Tsukineko Versafine in Spanish Moss and Imperial Purple - I love the way they are designed for detailed stamps - it is like stamping with silk.
I added some divine vintage lace and pearls, along with these gorgeous little roses from my stash.
The SU Vintage Wallpaper had been inked before running it through the Cuttlebug to give the effect you can see in the above photo - I do love this technique.

I cannot finish this post without sharing this lovely Award that I am honoured to receive from Elizabeth
Thank you Elizabeth - I am loving getting to know you through Blogging, particularly the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge and Faith Art Friday at Layers of Color.
With this Award I am to tell you seven (7) things about myself - so here we go:
1. I feel the cold - not good when winter is on its way!
2. I have knitted since I was 6 years old (thanks Mum) although it has taken a back seat since papercraft!
3. I have only had my Drivers Licence for 8 years
4. I love watching Legal and Medical Shows on TV
5. I love Vegemite on toast
6. Seafood is my favourite food - YUMBLY!
7. I am a nail biter (ewww! LOL)
I am to pass this onto 7 Bloggers and have decided that I will pass it onto all of you - you are all so inspiring and definitely qualify for this Award - so please grab it, post it on your Blog and link it back to me - let me know you have done so and I will come and comment!!
Thank you for stopping by today - and for the lovely comments you leave me! It especially means so much to me while I am recovering from my eye surgery - I am slowly making my way back onto the computer and the level of glare determines how long I can stay!! I hope you are all having a great day and even fitting in some creative time! LOL! God bless you!
{{{hugs}}}
Oooh Linda this is amazing - love all the dimension, and the contrast of the main colours - purple and green. One of my favourite combos.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you are healing well - roll on the next op for the other eye :-)
Blessings
M
Thank you for the kind words, Linda. And for the new technique to try! That would be inking the emboss folder before placing the paper and running it through the machine. I think I'll be trying this one right away!
ReplyDeleteSo glad your recovery is going well.
