SSIC Not Afraid

This week's Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge is all about not being afraid......and Candace has chosen this scripture:

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?" Psalm 118:6

We have been challenged to do something on your card that you're "afraid" of! For example, CAS style, stitching, a vintage look, etc. Just do something you wouldn't normally do!

For me that us leaving so much white on a card - my 'signature style' is to fill it with layers. lace, bling and anything vintage...so I extended the challenge and made my card without any image as well....

But I could not just leave the white plain and had to emboss using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and the Enchanted M-Bossabilities.  I love this ribbon, which is lightly wired and created such a gorgeous bow.  I have used a recycled button and snipped the back off.  Quick and easy but so elegant - don't you think and suitable for many occasions!

This card is for the following challenges:
Simply Create Too - Wedding (or Love)
Just Keep on Creating - anything goes
Penny's Paper-Crafty - Anything goes
Truly Scrumptious - anything goes
Party Time Tuesdays -  Vintage or Shabby Chic
