- Stampendous - Train Postcard
Other: Want2Scrap© - Swirls Finesse -, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® - E-Z Tape Runner, Foam Dots
Stamp two copies of the Stampendous - Train Postcard image using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Tuxedo Black. Colour one image using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Markers.
Cut around the foliage, cutting slightly into the frame, place the cut area on top of the Grand Ovals Spellbinders® Nestabilities® #1
NOTE: Spellbinders Dies are numbered from the smallest to biggest - the smallest being #1
Using the Spellbinders™ Grand Calibur Cutting Machine, cut/emboss the second image using the Labels Eight Spellbinders® Nestabilities®. Using the Die as a Stencil sponge around the inside edges using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink in Desert Sand and a IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Sponge Daubers™. You can see in the photo below the white frame it leaves - such a fabulous effect.
NOTE: I have used an Easel card for my base - using the Labels Eight Spellbinders® Nestabilities®. You can find a tutorial for an Easel Card HERE.
Cut one edge from the Fanciful Lattice Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator, sponge using Memento™ Dye Ink in Desert Sand and a Sponge Dauber™. Tuck it under the raised strip on the base of the card and adhere using tape runner.
Cut one Sprightly Sprockets Shapeabilities® #2. I have used one that I have precut and sponged using Memento™ Dye Ink in Desert Sand and a Sponge Dauber™ - adding more colour until the desired result is achieved.
Stamp a sentiment using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Spanish Moss. Cut/emboss using the Classic Ovals LG Nestabilities®, sponge around the edges with the VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Spanish Moss. Pop up onto a Fanciful Lattice Nestabilities® Card Creator tag, using foam dots. Add the Sprightly Sprockets Shapeabilities® #2 to the right of the layered sentiment.
Finish by adding bling swirls and metal cogs as shown in the photo of the finished card.
