Flourishes LC October New Release blog Hop - Day 6

Hello everyone - welcome to the 6th and final day of Flourishes October Blog Hop! If you came from Bev's Blog - you are in the right place. We have some absolutely fabulous stamp sets that we are excited to share with you!!  Today we are going to see our newest set called Must be Santa illustrated by Beverly Cole.

I have stamped the Santa image onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink.  It has then been coloured using  Chameleon Art Pensfussy cut/ hand cut out and popped up on to a Die-cut oval, using 3D Foam Squares onto a Die-cut using Joyous by Authentique Paper which is available in the Flourishes LC Store. The  Oval has been lightly sanded to add a distressed touch.

The layered image has been popped up onto a premade card base and die cut patterned paper,  The sentiments have also been stamped using Black ink and hand cut, creating a dovetail at each end.  These have been adhered using liquid glue.

Santa's belt has been created using a strip of black cardstock, with a gold die-cut for a buckle and a large red bling added to the center,  As the bling is large I have used a strong liquid glue to adhere it,

Be sure to visit the other designers' pages today, your next stop is Naomi's Blog, then go shopping at Flourishes!
