Spellbinders First Adventure - For You

Hello friends, thanks so much for joining me.   Today I am sharing an adorable whimsical card today using one of Spellbinders Little Loves Collection by Licensed Designer Sharyn Sowell.  Sharyn's Dies are always inspiring - the original being hand cut using scissors - an amazing skill in itself.  Sharyn is a very accomplished artist and you can read a little about her HERE.

Cut/emboss one Shapeabilities First Adventure Etched Dies Little Loves by Sharyn Sowell using dark blue card stock and the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine - 6" Platform.  Sponge using Imagine Radiant Neon Inks in Electric Green, Electric Blue and Memento Ink in Wedding Dress using a Sponge Dauber to highlight areas of the silhouette image.

Create a card base using the Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies and dark bue card stock; making sure the fold is inside the cutting live of the Die top. Cut patterned paper to  12cm x 9cm and adhere to the card base using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra.

Cut/emboss gold card stock using the Nestabilities Fancy Edged Squares Etched Dies on the outside and the Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Squares Etched Dies on the inside, to create a frame.  NOTE: secure using repostional tape to keep the dies from moving.

Cut/emboss one Nestabilities Fancy Edged Squares Etched Dies using white recycled cardboard (aprox 2mm) and secure into the middle of the frame.  Pop up onto the top porttion of the card base using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Crafty Foam Tape.  Next glue the layered First Adventure Etched Die onto the base of the Die cut frame,

Cut/emboss one Shapeabilities Sew Sweet Trims Sew Sweet Collection by Tammy Tutterow using Gold card stock, trim to size and thread using blue Seam Binding.  secure the Seam Binding at the back of the diecut using Strong Tape.  Adhere below the layered Frame

The white beaded Flower from Little Birdie Crafts  have been glued to the knot on the double bowt.  Want2Scrap Swirl Finesse in Le Creme has been trimmed and adhered to either side of the bow with the lower bling being added across the Seam Binding Bow and slightly onto the card front.  A computer generated sentiment has been adhered to the right side of the card front using double sided tape.
