With Caring Thoughts

Hello friends - thanks so much for stopping by.  It is Sunday evening - and I have had a little time on my hands - naturally it has been in The Studio playing with the Spellbinders Indie Collection release! There are fabulous dies in this Collection - I have used the Layered RosesYou can see all of the Indie Collection HERE.

The three Layered Rose dies have been cut/embossed using 3 shades of pink - starting with the lightest and have the darkest at the centre.  The process has been repeated with the leaves.  I have glued the layers together to create the roses and leaves  The lower potion of the rose has been sponged using Imagine Memento Luxe Ink in Rose Bud.

The card base has been created using Authentique Paper as a base, with a strip matching paper that has been torn and embossed using the Spellbinders Cabbage Roses Embossing Folder has been adhered to the left hand side of the card front.  A strip of white card stock has been embossed using the Wedding Ring Stitch Em-bossing Fold'ers Quilt It by Lene Lok and adhered to the lower portion of the card front.  The layered card front has been cut/embossed using Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Die.

Pink Seam binding has been wrapped around the card front, across the join and secured using liquid glue.  A double seam binding bow has been glued onto the left of the strip of seam binding, a Mulberry Paper Rose has been glued to the knot of the bow.

The sentiment is from the Amazing Paper Grace Vintage Elegance Becca Feeken Giving Occasions Stamp and Die Set has been stamped onto white card stock using Imagine Memento Ink in Teal Zeal, and has been cut/embossed with the die insert, the inside of the die has been sponged using pink ink removing the die cut, and popped up under the die cut sentiment using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares.
