Spellbinders Message in a Bottle Tutorial

Hello friends - thanks so much for stopping by!! Today I am sharing a tutorial for Spellbinders using one of the fabulous Stamp and Die sets from the Inked Messages Collection by Licensed Designer Stephanie LowYou can see how easily it is created by following along with the tutorial.

Inked Messages Collection by Stephanie Low is about sending heartfelt messages to those we love. It’s about keeping in touch and showing love to family and friends with romantic notes, encouraging words or even a sentiment to console. This collection expresses these feelings through Stephanie’s beautiful designs.

1. Stamp the outline of the Message in a Bottle onto white card stock using black ink.
2. Stamp the image insert inside the bottle.
3.Cut/emboss the stamped image using the coordinating die.
4. Colour the image using chameleon pens.

5 Cut/emboss the pattern paper using the second largest die from the Curved Rectangles Etched Dies.
6. Pop up onto slightly larger navy blue card stock using 3-D foam squares.
7.Use the Classic A2 Waves Borders Etched Die as a stencil along the lower portion of the card and sponge using teal zeal ink and a Sponge Dauber.
8. Using the same die randomly add some texture paste using a spatula, making sure to wash the die and spatula straight after use.

9. Pop up the bottle onto the card front using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.
10. Stamp The birds onto the top right corner using grey ink.
11. Wrap blue and white twine around the card front securing on the right side with a bow - attach a fish embellishment and glue into place.
12.Adhere the card front to the pre-cut card base using double sided tape.
