Spellbinders Sunflowers Tutorial

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by.  I have a tutorial for Spellbinders to share with you, using the one of the new Spellbinders Great ,Big, Wonderful New World by Sharyn Sowell.  I have used the Die D-Lites Love & Flowers Etched Dies Great, Big, Wonderful World by Sharyn Sowell  - such a delightful die with such beautiful details.

'Die D-Lites Love & Flowers Etched Dies Great, Big, Wonderful World Collection by Sharyn Sowell is a sweet silhouette of a girl and boy holding a sunflower in the center.  Great, Big, Wonderful World Collection by Sharyn Sowell reflects everyday moments and nature through her amazing hand cut silhouette motifs. With a bit of whimsy mixed in, these designs just make you smile!' - Spellbinders

1. Cut/emboss one Love and Flowers die using white card sock and the Platinum Machine.
2. Lightly sponge the sunflower using yellow ink and the foliage using green ink.
3. Add a strip of brown card stock across the back of the sunflower centre.

4.Cut/emboss the light patterned paper using the second largest die cut from the Fancy Edged Rectangles Etched Dies.
5. Lightly sand the embossed edges using a sanding block.
6. Pop up the Love & Flowers Etched Dies onto the sanded rectangle using 3D Foam Squares.
7. Cut/emboss the card front using patterned paper using the outer frame from the Card Creator Floral Panel Card Etched Dies.
8. Pop up the layered dies onto a slightly larger terracotta pre-cut card base using 3D Foam Squares.
9. Adhere a computer generated sentiment across the sunflower stems using double sided tape.
10. Glue a narrow double bow onto the lower left hand corner of the card front.
