Green Butterfly

Hello Blog Friends, I have to start by saying I am sorry for the lack of posts over the past three weeks - I had every intention of posting regularly from the Art is You Australian Mixed Media Roadshow,  but in all honesty the access to Wifi was intermittent and things were very 'full on'!  I will be doing more posts sharing some of the art and more....in the meantime I have a card to share with you!

A shabby chic card is always a pleasure to create - from the floral paper to the lace and flowers .

The bling is from Want2ScrapScrapbook by Adhesives by 3L - 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner have been used on these cards.

The butterfly has been recycled and has been embellished using a paper rose.  It has then been layered into the Window One Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® Die D-Lites™ .  Finishing off with rows of lace, rickrack and beautiful sheer roses.

This card is for the following challenges:
A Creative Need - textures and / or patterns
Brown Sugar – Use Lace
Sister Act Card Challenge - Anything Goes
Sweet Pea Stampers - Lots of Layers
4 Krafty Girlz Anything Goes
Frilly and Funkie - Garden (2nd week)
Penny's Paper-Crafty - Anything goes

Thank you for your comments and all of the support you give me - you make blogging such an amazing place to be!! Your encouragement is such a blessing for me - it makes my day! God bless you!
