Flourishes LC Friday Blog Hop - Pastels

Hello Flourishes Friends! Welcome to another Flourishes LC October Challenge  - I hope you are ready for more inspiration today. Thank you for the lovely comments you make - each one was read and appreciated!  This week Rebecca  has challenged the Snr. Designers to use pastels  on our card

I have used one of the images from the gorgeous Glory to God card - and it has to be said - these angels are divine.

I have stamped the image onto Flourishes LC Classic White card stock using black ink and coloured using Chameleon Pens.

It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors and popped upusing  3D Foam Squares, onto embossed patterned paper that has been sponged using a pastel blue and gold.

The framed sentiment has also been stamped onto Flourishes LC Classic White card stock using black ink, fussy cut/hand cut out and sponged using teal ink.  This has been popped up using 3D Foam Squares onto lace that has been adhered to the top of the embossed later.  The layers have been popped up onto a pre-cut filigree card base.

The wings have had random touches of Kindy Glitz/ Liquid Glitter added - to give them a subtle shimmer.  Finishing off with a strip of beautiful bling borders.

Now, to see more gorgeous creations, the next stop is Naomi's Blog, be sure to stop by all of the designer’s blogs and get inspired - then go shopping at Flourishes!

  1. Linda this is exquisite - love the background with the embossing and pastel colours, and the way you have coloured and mounted that image is beautiful.
