Hello friends, welcome and thanks for stopping by! Today I am sharing another card inspired by a set of cards that were designed by the very talented Alicia McNamara - a Boho set - once I got started I could not stop- it has become addictive LOL! It is another very quick and easy way to create a pretty card. You can see the first card HERE.
I have also created my own patterned papers using leftover prices of papers - you know those ones that you don't want to part with - I have so many of them...the patterned paper has been cut into squares and layered onto recycled cardboard using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L Adhesive Sheets 4"x 6", next it has been cut/embossed using the Spellbinders Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies and the Platinum Die Cutting Machine and embossed using the Spellbinders Dotted Flowers Embossing Folder.
The card front has been paper pierced by hand and popped up onto a slightly larger pre-cut white card base using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra.
The die-cut sentiment is also from my stash and has been adhered to a small die-cut hexagon, it has been popped up using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares, onto the smallest frame from the Spellbinders Nestabilities Romantic Rose Etched Dies using white card stock and the Platinum Die Cutting Machine.
Want2Scrap Swirls Finesse has been trimmed and adhered either side of the Little Birdie Crafts flower. Next the layered card front has been popped up onto the card front using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L 3D Foam Squares.

Beautiful job, Linda! I love using the Serendipity technique to create my own papers from scraps. Your method is a less messy so I will have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing with us at 613 Avenue Create!
