Stuck with You

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by. Sometimes we are all in need of a very quick card  and today I have a 5 minute card for you - okay 10 minutes - you have to love that!  Yes it is possible - thanks to my Spellbinders Dies and Little Birdie Crafts Handmade Embellishments

The patterned paper I have used is handmade by the loveliest artist - Carol Cantrell - it really is a 'Work of Art' on it's own.  I did not want to detract from the paper, so kept it very simple.

Cut/emboss the middle set of Spellbinders Nestabilities Hemstitch Circles Etched Dies Romancing the Swirl Becca Feeken Using white card stock. The inside of the die cuts have been sponged using Imagine Memento Ink in Summer Sky using a Sponge Dauber.  The die cut has been removed and popped up onto the layered card front using Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L  3D Foam Squares.  This is followed by the Little Birdie Crafts Cactus - precoloured and has it's own foam squares - ready to embellish your card - love it!

The sentiment is from the same set as the Cactus and has been popped up below the Hemstitch Circle, finishing with Blue/White Twine being wrapped around the card from and being secured through a button. Finished - there I told you it was quick!!

Little Birdie Crafts - Best Wishes

Hello friends, thanks so much for dropping in.  Creating your own background for a card is right on trend at the moment and so much fun.  There is no limit to the possibilities - giving us unique works of art - you have to love that!

I have stamped my background using the Little Birdie Crafts Llama Birthday stamp set using Imagine Memento ink in Tuxedo Black.  I placed three Cacti stamps on an acrylic block and repeated the stamping evenly over the card front, allowing room for the pots.  The images have been coloured using Chameleon Pens - perfect for creating the different shades on each Cacti and pot.

The card front has been popped up onto a slightly larger pre-cut card front using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.

Next an oval has been cut/embossed from the Nestabilities Scored and Pierced Ovals Etched Dies #6 (#1 being the smallest) using the Platinum Die Cutting Machine.   The die has been used as a stencil, sponging inside the cutting edge using Imagine Memento Ink in Desert Sand with Bamboo Leaves, lightly added for shading.

A Little Birdie Crafts Handmade 3D Embellishment has been popped up onto the Oval and a sentiment from the same pack below - nice and easy!  I have randomly added faux Enamel Dots using Imagine Pico Embellisher (neon) in Electric Pink to finish.

Spellbinders Hello Succulent

Hello friends - thanks for stopping by today -  I'm sharing a card created using one of the Spellbinders Die D-lites called Succulent Garden - succulents are trending at the moment and this die is perfect for cards for every occasion. When I die-cut I normally cut a few extra which are great to have on hand for a quick card.

I have cut and embossed the succulents and popped it up onto Spellbinders A Gilded Life Baby Bunting Etched Dies (discontinued)  using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3D Foam Squares on to a Nestabilities Victorian Garden Curved Square Etched Dies then adhered to a pre-cut card base and patterned paper - cut/embossed using the Spellbinders Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine – 6″ Platform.  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: E-Z Adhesive Runner and 3D Foam Squares have been used on this card.

Beige twine has been wrapped around the card front and secured through a button, then glued into place.  The Enamel Dots are some my stash - Basic Grey I believe -I got them so long ago I cannot remember - I am sure that never happens to you!? Wink:Wink!!.  Quick and easy and great for using those left over pieces -makes a great masculine card too.

This card is linked to the following challenges:
