Hello Dear Friend

Hello - it is lovely to see you here.  A public holiday for us which means it is busy for some and quiet for those like me!  I have another quick and easy card to show so - infact I almost feel like I cheated with this one - it was that easy!

Although there are a number of 'stars' on the card, the main image is from some Webster's Pages paper - I have always been hesitant to cut up these gorgeous papers, but have come to realise that I have so much beautiful paper to use - I need to actually cut it! LOL!

Add a sentiment from the gorgeous set Sew Lovely by NinaB Designs for The Craft's Meow

and some gorgeous Want2Scrap bling, also designed by NinaB Designs

Seam binding and a Mulberry Paper Rose - and the card is complete - I told you it was quick and easy!  I am posting it before I change my mind - it feels like I have been 'faux cardmaking'! LOL!

This card is for the following challenges:
Pile It On - All about "S"...(Seam Binding, Sewing, Sentiment)
Robyn`s Fetish - Anything Goes
That Craft Place - Its all about Spring
Just Keep on Creating - anything goes
Papercraft Star - anything goes
Waste Not Wednesday - always "use your forgotten stuff"

Thank you for your comments and all of the support you give me - you make blogging such an amazing place to be!! Your encouragement is such a blessing for me - it makes my day! God bless you!

  2. This card maybe quick and easy but its certainly lovely. I love the beautiful papers (great that you decided to use them) and the pretty ribbon really sets the card off.

Hasn't it been great having the four days off for Easter. I was hoping to make it for the Easter show but it didn't happen, there is always next year. The weather has been lovely in Sydney and hope its been the same in Canberra.

Thanks so much for sharing your fast and fab card at Anything goes, Just keep on creating. I hope you will continue to enter your lovely work

    Thanks
