Hello friends, I hope you are having a good week - inspite of the crazy weather that is happening world wide. We have been having a heat wave and there is more to come next week - what better time to create in The Studio and stay cool - here is the first of quite a few cards I have created...and will share in time.
The image is from the Flourishes LC - Year in Flower 2 illustrated by Beverly Cole.
The Poppy image has been stamped onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink and coloured using Chameleon Pens. It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors popped up using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares onto a negative die - from Spellbinders Shapeabilities Seth Apter Robo Bar Etched Die. Patterned paper from a second negative Die has been added to the lower portion
The sentiment banner has also been stamped onto Flourishes Classic White card stock using black ink . It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors popped up using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares below the image. The layered image has been popped up across the negative die.
A strip of corrugated card has been added across the paper join, followed by lace and some twine, Finishing off with Want2Scrap pearls and a pretty little flower button,

I love that you think out of the box and often use the negative of dies. And ironically, the way you put it all together is so very positive!
