Spellbinders Folk Art - Floral Bouquet Tutorial

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by.  I have a new tutorial for Spellbinders - sharing a card created using one of the Folk Art Collection by Lene Lok.  I have used the beautiful Grand Dome 3D Card Etched Dies Elegant 3D Vignettes by Becca Feeken

I have always loved the way Spellbinders Dies are interchangeable and work so well together - so many choices - we are only limited by our imagination!

1. Cut/emboss one Floral Bouquet Etched Die using white card stock.
2. Colour the die cut using Chameleon Pens.

3. Cut/emboss one Grand Dome 3D Card Etched Dies using both the frame and the insert and teal card stock.
4. Carefully cut off the tabs on either side of the Die Cut card front.
5. Lightly sand around the embossed outer edge.
6. Cut/emboss two Grand Dome 3D Card Etched Dies using the outer frame only.
7. Carefully trim off the tabs, score one Grand Dome at 1.5cm, fold forward
8. Apply double sided tape along the folded portion.  Live up the second Die cut and adhere to the first, along the scored portion; ensuring the line up the edges to form card base.

9. Cut/emboss one inside circles using white card stock.
10. Use the die as a stencil, sponging inside the cutting edge using Electric yellow and light touches of Electric Orange ink.
11. Pop up the Circle onto the Grand Dome using 3D Foam Squares.
12. Adhere the Floral Bouquet die cut using liquid glue
13.Glue a threaded button to the centre of the teal flower..
14. Add cream Seam Binding around the card front, adhering on the left side using strong tape.
15. Adhere a double seam binding bow over the join.
16. Glue a threaded teal button to the centre of the bow.
