Keep Calm and Get Your Craft On Layout

Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by!  Yesterday was (inter)National Scrapbook Day - it is a celebration of all things papercraft and has spread all around the world. I have a layout to share with you - a quick and easy layout - I have had these photos printed FOREVER (lol) and what better time to use them!?

I believe the patterned paper is from Fancy Pants - please let me know if it is otherwise.  Such great patterned paper with places already marked for your photos - what is not to love!

The wonderful chipboard sentiment is from Want2Scrap - too good to resist!  It has been coloured to co-ordinate with the vertical stripes on the patterned paper, using Chameleon Pens, followed by a coat of Imagine irRESISTibles Pico Embellisher in Shimmer.

This has been layered the dripping circle from the Shapeabilities Seth Apter Drip Drop Etched Dies.  I have outlined the die using Chameleon Pens Black Detail pen to make it stand out more.

The beautiful butterflies are from the Shapeabilities Wandering Butterflies Etched Dies Good Vibes Only Collection by Stephanie Low.  The top layers are cut using white card stock and a button added to the centre of the butterflies body.

The Circle with the X from the Drip Drop Etched Dies has been sponged around all edges using Imagine Memento Ink in Espresso Truffle and layered onto the already existing circles on the patterned paper.

I have used various stickers from my collection to create some journaling - minimalist, but says it all.  I do have to add that the photos were taken quite a few years ago while I was having some time out -'me time!' - hence the Cuttlebug and not a Spellbinders Machine. Wink:wink!
