Flourishing

Hello Blog friends, I have been absent from my Blog and facebook due to the household coming down with a NASTY stomach bug - all 7 of us - and as if that is not bad enough we have one bathroom - that is all I am going to say about that.

I have created a card using some of the pieces tucked away on my desk - which I must say - comes in handy at times like this...I have used the embossed the teal cardstock using Spellbinders Floral Jewels 3D M-Bossabilities folder and the Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing Machine. Trim to approximately 9.5cm x 14.5cm.  Lightly sand the raised parts with a sanding block.  Colour the embossed areas using Imagine Crafts 'featuring' Tsukineko Memento Luxe Inks, adhere to a cards base cut slightly larger (10cm x 15cm) than the embossed image using double sided tape.

Cut/emboss one Spellbinders Standard Heart #2 (#1 being the smallest) using light pink cardstock, add small heart Nestabling from Want2Scrap and a recycled button.

Adhere a double Seam Binding Bow using liquid glue, followed by a mulberry paper rose.

This card is linked to the following challenges:

Crafty Cardmakers - Punches and/ore Dies
