Spellbinders Father's Day Tutorial

Shell Beauty

I have been inspired by this gorgeous card by Linda Duke using the Spellbinders® Shell Beauty 3D M-Bossabilities™ folder and have unashamedly CASED her - (Copy And Share Everything!) 

 Although, I did follow the rules and changes two things....one of them being that I used

IMAGINECrafts®/Tsukineko® Brilliance™ Pigment Ink rather than Glimmer sprays.  I was so inspired by the way Linda used the Shell Beauty Spellbinders® 3D M-Bossabilities™ folder - but seriously - who wouldn't be!!

The second change is that I have used the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and the Framed Tags One Spellbinders® Shapeabilities® for my tag.  I have to say it was tough to change anything - Linda Duke's card are 'divine' and perfect in every way!!

Tutu Sweet

How adorable is this gorgeous image from Penny Black®, Inc. It certainly lives up to it's name - Tutu Sweet

This was one of the cards we created cat Card Design Class - the main emphasis being on colouring that adorable Tutu to get some depth happening - I used IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Markers in Angel Pink and Rose Bud.  

I have also used the wonderful A2 Filigree Delight Spellbinders® Nestabilities® Card Creator Dies, designed by Licensed Designer Becca Feeken.   These have been cut and embossed using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.  Before the Die is removed, it has been used as a Stencil, sponging the inside with IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaMagic™ Chalk Pigment Ink in Pixie Dust.  The pearls are from Want2Scrap©

SRM Happy Birthday

You can never have enough birthday cards, especially feminine ones - they are the biggest seller at the Shop where I sell may cards.

The silhouette image designed by NinaB Designs for The Craft's Meow is perfect for a quick card.  It has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Spanish Moss and been cut and embossed using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and the Scalloped Labels One Nestabilities®.

 

The bling is from Want2Scrap©  The leaves are from the Foliage

 Spellbinder® Shapeabilities®and have been sponged using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaMagic™ Chalk Pigment Ink Dew Drop in Thatched Straw.

 

The paper is from the Madison designer paper pad.

Feminine Birthday Wishes

The card I am sharing today has been created quickly inspite of all of the layers.

The pink frame and the silhouette image are from a packet of precut images that have been sitting on my desk for some time - just begging to be used.  The silhouette has been layered onto a  Floral Ovals Spellbinder® Nestabilities®.  An image from Glitz has been stamped onto the Die using

IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Spanish Moss.  The silhouette is added on foam tape.

 

A sentiment from the SRM Stickers Happy Birthday Sticker Sentiments has been attached using foam tape, a paper rose and tulle has been added.

Blessed Beyond Measure

 I love birds, they just make me happy - so no surprises that these Crafty Secrets birds just had to appeal to me.

 They have been cut out (fussy cut) and adhered onto the Marvelous Squares  Spellbinder® Nestabilities® (size 4 Die) using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine.

The sentiment has been stamped using IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink in Vintage Sepia.  This has been layered onto the Largest Die (Size 6 Die) from the
Marvelous Squares  Spellbinder® Nestabilities® in kraft card.

Small paper roses, lace, buttons and Want2Scrap© white pearls finish off the card.
