Just Wanted to Say with Layered Rose

Hello friends, thanks for stopping  - I am madly trying to get back into 'full swing' for the New Year - I have a lot of ideas and gorgeous new products and seem to be in The Studio until all hours of the night - ok early morning and and never seem to have achieved what I want to - BUT I have usually gone off on a tangent and something else has evolved LOL!   I love to stamp and am really loving the new Spellbinders stamps - and had a lot of fun using the Layered Rose Clear Stamps

The Layered stamps are fabulous and I found the Layered Rose very easy to stamp accurately - if you are wondering why I am saying this you can see my first attempt HERE - it is all about opportunities for embellishment - right!? LOL!

The card front has been embossed using the Spellbinders Wedding Ring Stitch Em-bossing Fold'ers Quilt It by Lene Lok using the Platinum Die Cutting Machine and lightly sanded using a Sanding Block.  This has been adhered to a slightly larger pre-cut white card base with a scalloped lower edge.  A strip of contrasting patterned paper has been sanded around the edges and adhered across the centre of the card front.  Beautiful recycled Scalloped Lace has been glued across the centre of the panel.

The Layered Rose has been stamped using Imagine Memento Ink in Angel Pink, followed by a darker pink and then Memento Luxe in Rose Bud.  It has been fussy cut/hand cut using scissors.  The leaves have been  stamped in the same manner using green inks and fussy cut.  These have been adhered onto the third smallest Nestabilities Art Deco Fairmont Labels Etched Dies.  I have used Scrapbook Adhesives BY 3L  E-Z Adhesive Runner Ultra for the leaves and 3D Foam Squares under the rose.

The sentiment has been stamped onto the top left corner of the Nestabilities Art Deco Fairmont Labels Etched Dies using black ink and Want2scrap Swirl Finesses - Black Rhinestones has been trimmed and added coming out from under the rose.  Small Black Rhinestones have been added along the scalloped lace as well.  This layer has been popped up onto the right side of the card front using 3D Foam Squares.
